If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced and/or shipped, there is no charge for the cancellation.
If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges.
These charges will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance.

(a)if your delivery address is on the United Kingdom mainland, the typical period for delivery of products is 1-2 weeks for your products to arrive in the UK at Friday Nine Ltd before being dispatched to you.
(b) if your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom, the typical period for delivery of products is 2-4 weeks, depending on the country in which you reside.
